As a master personal trainer, strength and wellness coach with over 30 years fitness industry experience she works with women who are pro-aging with vitality and energy. She is an international fitness presenter for the International Council on Active Aging (ICAA), IDEA, Can-Fit-Pro, and NSCA and author of hundreds of articles and four books including You Still Got It, Girl! The After 50 Fitness Formula For Women, and Navigating Fitness After 50: Your GPS For Choosing Programs and Professionals You Can Trust, along with her newest release, Hot, Not Bothered.

Prior to her own midlife crisis that led her to focusing on helping women have a better second half she taught for 15 years in Kinesiology at Iowa State University.
